The App may include optional in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Virtual currency ("Gnickels") has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The App may display third-party advertisements via Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads. By using the App you acknowledge that ads may be served based on general app usage context.
You agree not to use the App to cheat, exploit bugs, or interfere with the experience of other players. We reserve the right to restrict access for violations.
All game artwork, characters, music, and design elements are the property of Garden Gnome 716 LLC. "Flappy Gnome," "Gnorman," "Gnickels," and "Garden Gnome 716" are trademarks of Garden Gnome 716 LLC.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Garden Gnome 716 LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Garden Gnome 716 LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
